Day 3

Day 3-Your first love

Wow, really? Who can even remember that far back?
Let's see I was nine years old and his name was Robert Redford. You might have heard of him. Probably not the typical first crush for a nine year old but then not too many nine year olds probably saw Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid with their moms either.
I had lots of crushes real life ones and not so real, like my crush on ole Bobby there.  If I was to be truthful I would have to say my first "love" was Brad. I put that in quotes because at 16 do you really know what love is? I sure didn't but I was willing to give it a shot.
I don't dwell on my first love and from what I have heard he hasn't done much with himself worth dwelling on. Still living his single life at 50.
I like to focus on my last love. The man that has put up with me for the past 28 1/2 years, given me 6 beautiful children and supported me all along the way. The man that encourages me to be the best I can be even though my rebellious soul fights it. The man who is my "real" first love and will forever be my last. His name is Dale.
