Cake In A Jar

I saw this fun recipe for these rainbow cakes in a jar and just had to try them with the day care. I don't have the neon food coloring they called for here so ours turned out a bit more pastel but they were still fun to make and quite a surprise when we pulled them out of the oven.

I totally forgot to take a picture of them after we frosted them and before the kids started scarfing them down. We frosted them with swirled pink and blue butter cream frosting. They were yummy and the kids had fun making them.
