After heading to the lake and not being able to find a parking spot because of the crowds I decided it was time to purchase a pool that was deeper than my shin. One of the stores was having a great sale so the boys and I went shopping.
It's not a big pool but it's big enough to have fun in and to cool off in. Cooling off isn't something we've had need of the past few weeks but we decided that yesterday was the day we were going to get wet even if we froze. I mean you can only look at a new pool for so long before you just have to get in.
The results were comical. I was the first to jump in and the first to jump out. That was it for me. The cool sun raze were beckoning me to lay in them so I did. I got a kick out of my boys who, even though were freezing, decided they were having fun anyway.
The good news is that the weather is supposed to heat up and actually hit 80* in a couple of days. Then we will see some real pool fun.
