I love it when Catherine comes home to visit and will sit down at the piano and fill our home with her joyful sound but then it is gone and the air is filled with silence.  But now we have a new musician in our home and he is filling that musical void for us.
Grant started taking piano lessons in May and is really doing quite well.  He takes lessons from a sister in our ward who is from Brazil.  She is so kind and patient with him and he really wants to do his best for her.
He practices hard and loves it when he can memorize one of his little songs.
When his second grade teacher announced she was going to hold a class talent show he knew exactly what he wanted to do.  He is quite confident and played two little songs for his class.
